Meet Mediator Jonathan J. Fogel
Jonathan has 30 years of experience handling all types of family law matters, including, but not limited to, divorces, spousal maintenance, custody, child support, and post decree matters. Jonathan got divorced when his children were 12, 10, and 8 and it had a profound impact on his approach to family law. Jonathan brings both his professional and personal experiences into the mediation arena to create a collaborative environment that helps both parties reach a fair and lasting resolution.
Jonathan became a qualified neutral under the Rules of the Minnesota Supreme Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution to provide mediation services. He has also undergone training to perform both Financial and Social Early Neutral Evaluations. Jonathan writes articles and provides lectures on issues related to family law. He has appeared on television and radio talk shows as a family law expert.
When Jonathan is not providing mediation services, he enjoys teaching yoga and performing stand-up and improv comedy.
